Jan 3>How's that New Year's Resolution Going for You?
Hopefully, you are still on track. If not, did you make a Resolution that was realistic and achievable for you? Are you motivated to do it or did someone (including yourself) tell you you SHOULD do it? Our resolutions should be meaningful goals that we are personally motivated to achieve because we sincerely want to do it. The more motivation we put behind a goal, the likely we are to be successful.
