Breast Cancer Prevention and Reoccurence of Breast Cancer: What You Need to Know Now

Breast cancer and the return of breast cancer can be prevented by a healthy life style as proven by many medical studies.

This means keeping your weight at or below that recommended in standard HSS tables and your MD's recommendation. This means a waist size of less than 35" for women.
It means a healthy, "Mediterranean" diet of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, olive oil and whole grain, lots of water and avoidance of sugar and processed food.
It means getting a total of 5 hours per week of aerobic exercise.
It means managing your stress and introducing regular meditation into your regular routines.
It means taking good care of your personal health by keeping and understanding your medical records and following your MD orders.

It also means adding increasing happiness to your life. Happiness is something we bring into our lives and not just something that happens to us. Savoring, being appreciative and showing gratitude are all special ways to increase our happiness and optimism. A key component of increasing your happiness is the creation and enjoyment of happy personal, social and family relationships.

Following these guidelines you can help yourself avoid the big "C", reduce reoccurrence and add 14 healthy years to your life
