Blog Name Change to "Live Healthy and Live Happy"!
I am still learning Social Networking. I have my presence on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In but I still have work to do to get the business benefits of it all. But I have an appointment with a Guru to help me so watch out!
Meantime, I started this Blog and somehow the title became the first line of the first entry I posted and that was not what I wanted. So I thought about what I was going to really call my Blo.g The new title really sums up my own and my Health Coach philosophy that Living a truly Healthy Lifestyle that is the very foundation of a Happy Life... I will be posting thoughts, studies, articles, assessments, videos and all things related to the name of my Blog.

We have 60,000 thoughts every day. Ninety percent of which are negative.
Our destiny is in our own hands. Since we are formed by our thoughts, it follows that what we become tomorrow is shaped by what we think today.
Happily, we can choose the way we think. We can choose our feelings, aspirations, desires, and the way we view our world and ourselves. Mastery of the mind opens avenues of hope.
